Connection Is Not Cognition: Why Multi-Agent Systems Silently Fail, with Dr. Vijoy Pandey

Added on by Jon Krohn.

Absolutely brilliant Dr. Vijoy Pandey returns to my show for a third time in today's episode. In it, he blows my mind with a record-breaking quantum network in NYC, chips that run on probabilities, and open-source solutions to agent-miscommunication issues.

Vijoy is SVP and General Manager (in other words, the head!) of Outshift by Cisco, which is Cisco's incubation engine.

In a bit more detail, in this episode we discuss:
• How every multi-agent session his team analyzed contained at least one hidden "cognitive failure" and he explains the new open-source protocols Outshift built to keep agents aligned.
• A record-breaking quantum network running on real New York City fiber.
• New chips being built to compute on probabilities instead of zeros and ones.
